Why has my order been marked as fraud?

We have automated fraud checks for new orders/sign ups. There could be a number of reasons why your order has been marked as fraud.

Please ensure you signed up with:

  • Valid account information
  • Your residential connection and not proxy/vpn

You may submit a ticket via https://my.iniz.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1 for us to manually review your order and explain in further detail.
